Description For Prospective Staff:
Entering our 104th season, Camp Billings is a traditional, coed camp on a beautiful six mile lake in Central Vermont. We are very much a family, as many of our campers are second and third generation coming to Billings.
With a waiting list of 300, over 90% of our campers, and 80% of our staff return year after year. Our kids come from middle class families living in New England, the East Coast, and almost twenty percent are Canadian. Our staff, many of whom were campers and CITs at Billings, average five years as counselors with us.
While we "specialize" in nothing, we offer the widest range of activities in a warm and nurturning environment. If you are looking for more than a summer job, if you want to build strong relationships and create experiences that will have you remembered twenty years from now, please get in contact with us immediately.
